What is our return policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition, including:

  • All original parts and packaging.
  • Batteries (if applicable).
  • Cables, controllers, blank warranty cards, instructions, and any other included materials.

What if an item is defective?

If you receive a defective item within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost. Follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Contact Us

  • Send an email to info@todomascotas.shop to report the issue.
  • Include the following information in your email:
    • Your order number.
    • Your full name.
    • A description of the defect.
    • Photos of the defect (if possible).

2. Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA)

  • We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  • IMPORTANT: All returned items must include an authorization number to be processed. Returns without this number will not be accepted.

3. Return the Item

  • The cost of returning the defective item is your responsibility.
  • Once we receive the defective item in our warehouse, we will proceed to:
    • Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR
    • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.

Refund Scenarios

Defective item with no replacement available:

  • If the defective item cannot be replaced because it is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Order cancellation before shipping:

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please email us immediately.
  • We will issue a full refund for the order amount.
