Curly Parsley Dark Green

Curly Parsley (Petroselinum sativum) is a biennial herb from the Umbelliferae family, widely cultivated worldwide for its culinary usage as a seasoning. This dark green variety is particularly noted for its I highly serrated and aromatic leaves, reaching heights of 15 to 20 cm. While two types of parsley exist, flat leaf and curly, the curly variety is preferred for garnishing dishes due to its unique texture. This resilient plant thrives in moderately rich soils, preferably containing organic matter and moisture.

General Cultivation Tips:

• Sow during mild winters, preferably from late winter to mid-summer.
• Expect slow germination, taking between 25 to 40 days; ensure consistent moisture and a mild temperature for best results.
• Harvst can be done from 70-80 days post planting.
• When sowing, use a dosage of 1.5 g/m2 in rows spaced 30-40 cm apart
